This Privacy Policy explains how the PromoCalc Android application handles information when you use the app.
1. Information processed by PromoCalc
PromoCalc does not require you to create an account.
Information you enter for discount and promotion calculations, including prices, percentages and quantities, is processed locally on your device.
Calculation history and application preferences may also be stored locally on your device.
This locally stored calculation information is not intentionally uploaded to a PromoCalc-operated server.
2. Advertising
The free version of PromoCalc may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising identifiers, diagnostic information and interactions with advertisements for purposes including advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and security.
The exact information processed by Google depends on your device, region, privacy choices and Google services configuration.

3. Consent and privacy choices
PromoCalc uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising-related privacy choices.
Depending on your location, you may be asked whether you consent to certain uses of your personal data for advertising.
Where required, you can access privacy options again from the PromoCalc settings screen.
4. Remove Ads purchase
PromoCalc may offer an optional one-time purchase that removes advertising from the application.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. PromoCalc does not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
Google Play may process information necessary to complete, validate and restore purchases according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
5. Internet access
PromoCalc's main calculation functionality is designed to work without an internet connection.
Internet access may be required for:
- loading Google AdMob advertisements;
- privacy and consent management;
- Google Play Billing purchases and purchase restoration;
- services required by Google SDKs integrated into the app.
6. Third-party services
PromoCalc may use the following Google services:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP);
- Google Play Billing.
These services are operated by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
7. Children's privacy
PromoCalc is a general-purpose shopping utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
8. Data retention
Calculation history and application preferences stored by PromoCalc remain on your device until you delete them, clear the application's data or uninstall the application.
Information processed independently by Google services is subject to Google's own retention practices and policies.
9. Security
PromoCalc is designed to minimize the amount of information transmitted by the application's core calculation functionality.
However, no software or internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when PromoCalc features, third-party services or legal requirements change.
The date shown at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
